DoIT Spring 2005 Faculty Fellow

Corinne Moran LaPat is the Faculty Fellow for spring 2005. She has worked at Harper for 2 1/2 years. Corinne is currently an instructor in the Art Department. She is Harper’s full-time art history faculty.

In addition to teaching, she is a member of the International Committee, she is the coordinator of the Harper College High School Art Show, and manages the art department’s image library. She holds a graduate degree in Art History from Columbia University in New York.

Corinne integrates a variety of technologies into her courses and is especially interested in creating courses that are entirely composed of digital images. Corinne’s fellowship project involves creating a digital image library, to be stored on CD, for each art history course offered at Harper College. The disks will be accessed in Room C 218, the Art Department’s slide library.  This completed project can be used for both on- and off-campus and distance learning courses.
